St. George’s Aspirations Day

We were excited to receive an invitation to the St. George’s Church of England Primary School Aspirations Day on July 18, 2024, in Stamford.

The purpose of the now-annual event was to provide all of their primary school children with the opportunity to learn about a variety of career pathways while also getting hands-on exposure to the latest cutting-edge equipment and technology.

Steve, our driver trainer, and Jayne from HR spent the whole day answering questions; our favourites included “Why can’t a truck driver drive up and down the county in a day and then he wouldn’t need a bed?” and “If you have a car license, can you also drive a lorry?”
