CS Ellis Socail repsponsibility: We have been hardwired to contribute to society since 1933
We have always tried to be a force for good and contribute positively to society since we started in 1933. As a family business in the UK’s smallest county, we have strong ties to society and the environment around us, and we are hardwired to contribute whenever we can
We invest in the future; sustainability and contributing positively to society are important parts of the family legacy. Each member of a family business does what feels like the right thing to do, and for CS Ellis, it has always been about how we exist in Rutland and the impact we have upon our environment and our community
Doing the right thing has never felt more relevant than it does today, and we will continue our efforts towards sustainability and our social impact

St. Georges Primary School
Aspirations day 2024 /2025
We were excited to receive an invitation to the St. George’s Church of England Primary School Aspirations Day on July 18, 2024, in Stamford
The purpose of the now-annual event was to provide all of their primary school children with the opportunity to learn about a variety of career pathways while also getting hands-on exposure to the latest cutting-edge equipment and technology
Ketton Scouts

A proud moment for CS Ellis as our Head of Transport, Chris Robinson, accepted an award recognising our contribution to the Ketton Scouts’ journey to 100 Nights Away!
From their very first camp in 2009 (‘The Fun of the Fair’) to their 100th adventure, we’ve proudly supported their transport needs — helping make lifelong memories possible.
We believe ESG starts at home — by backing the young people, volunteers, and communities who shape our future.
